Refund Policy

We do not have any refund policy, funds transferred to us will never be refunded. So kindly test our services well before making any future transactions. Or we will auto refund or dispute the transaction if we found it illegal or transaction not done by the cardholder person without any prior notification.

Transaction  Dispute and Refund

We can Dispute the Transaction if we found it illegal or done by an unknown person if your transaction has got pending so you have to wait for it for T+15 working days to forget the final status of the transaction.

It means if the customer has not received the amount within 3 working days and wants a refund then make a Dispute and Refund complaint. It will maximize your chance to get it to refund but it will not be 100% surety that you will get a refund.

Account Termination / Changes on Charges We reserve the right to modify/change any plan cost anytime without prior notification to their customers. We also reserve the right to increase/decrease charges on any transaction anytime without prior notification to their customers. We also reserve the right to terminate/suspend any of Our Terms & Conditions may change often, so kindly check out the page once in a while before making any commitment.
